Bespoke Recording partners with the City of Eugene Cultural Services and the Lane Arts Council
to stage the First Friday ArtWalk concert series at the Downtown Farmers Market Pavilion (85 E. 8th Ave.,
Eugene, OR 97401). Bespoke Recording collaborates with longtime partner Red Newt Muse Sonic
Facilitation to deliver audio and lighting services for these events. Bespoke Recording will
also handle talent booking for some events.
The Music Education & Performing Artists Association
(MEPAA)
partners with Bespoke Recording & Red Newt Muse Sonic Facilitation to provide a virtual
live events stagehand class. Students
completing this class may be assisting with production during some events.
Lane Arts Council will be contracting with the performing artists and will provide applicable insurance.
The City of Eugene Cultural Services will provide the funding, the facility, and event & security staff.
Lane Arts Council will handle event promotion.

Eugene Farmers Market Pavilion
If you would like your band to be considered for one of these paid performances, please send a booking request email
to Randy Brewer at the address below containing the following information:
- Band name, contact person & contact info, first & last names of all performers
- Brief summary describing your band and music with inks to your website/social media/videos/recordings
- A stageplot for each band performing at your event
- Compensation requirements
LaneArts will also require the following information within two weeks after you are booked:
- Completed W9 form for the primary contact
- Signed contract returned to Lane Arts Council
- Press photos and/or press kit (for publication/promotion purposes)
