PRO BONO PROJECTS
From time to time I take on projects without monetary payment. I call these pro bono projects although that is not strictly accurate because I do
expect something in turn for my contributions (see the "catch" below). They are really more like a trade arrangement. For these projects, I seek
working musicians who want a record to release, stream, sell at shows, or otherwise use to promote and book their band. I am interested in
creating an entire record and am not interested in contract or piece work under this limited agreement.
WHAT I OFFER
If I agree to take on your project without financial compensation, I will produce, record, mix, and master your record if the other requirements listed on this page are met. I operate on a handshake basis.
WHAT'S THE 'CATCH'?
I wish to be clear that I am not doing your project for free!
You will need to provide the following items in exchange for what I offer:
- To be credited for my contributions as specified in the Service Agreement Terms on your packaged
record, downloads, streams, film use, or videos.
- Your permission to add your record to my website discography and post audio on my site for studio promotional purposes.
- 1 copy of your packaged record for promotional purposes and for my collection (if you create CD or vinyl).
- For your record to have promotional value to me, the entire record must be recorded by me unless
alternative arrangements are agreed to in advance.

SERVICE AGREEMENT TERMS
All aspects of this limited agreement are explained in detail in the Service Agreement Terms.
FOR CONSIDERATION
Artists located in the Eugene, Oregon area should send links to prior recorded
works or performance videos and include a description of what you have in mind for your project. I can be reached from this website.
